26th November Last day

Today I am packing everything up, finishing my self assesment, putting everything into a pdf and finishing off my blog for this project.

24th November 2010

I put in the background i want for the picture and put in a title (starcraft font). Then i tried to put diffrent effects to the picture but i found out that the picture without the effects looks better than a picture with too many effects.  I later found a few image and put it into a file, that became my mood board. Later I flattened the image and put it onto the school website.

19th November 2010

I start to edit the pictures into a diffrent colour and decided on which fits the image. I turned all of the pictures so they turn red and I was not sure on which image to try. I kept editing each one until I thought of the one I wanted and how my image will look.

16th November 2010

This day, i start to find backgrounds for the image. I went to diffrent sites and found diffrent free images. I found a few that i liked and i thought i would decided on the image next lesson.

5th November 2010, 10th November and 12th November

The reason i put 3 dates, is because in these 3 dates, i was still cropping the image, trying to find new ways to crop the hair.

November 3rd 2010

In the 3rd day, we continued with our croping of the background (in the image). Mr Dickson showed us diffrent ways of croping the image such as the 'background eraser tool' etc. One of the most difficult cropping was cropping the hair.

Friday 29th October 2010

In this lesson we spent our whole day taking pictures of our band. We tried out diffrent 'poses' to meet the needs of our type of music. This is one example of the pictures we took. We were later told that we have to crop the background like this. We were wearing casual that day because our school had a haloween day.

27th October. Wendsday 2010

On the first day of this project, Mr Dickson told us what to do. He told us the details on the project and what we have to do. We were told that the next lesson. We would take our pictures and turn it into our cover. Mr Dickson showed us some ways to crop our image so the background is transparent and see through.

I like this because of the colour, but maybe you should have also edited the people to give them a redder tint to fit with the background.
